Work Experience:

Talascend contractor to Bechtel June 2012 to June 2013

          Field Engineer III, New Site Builds for the DSW market Phoenix AZ.

          Responsibilities included:  Management of general contractors for the completion          

          of new site builds for ATT Mobility.  Included  SOW,  scoping  and  OOM’s, BOM’s,

         WA’s and both Bechtel ND51’s as well as ATT Mobility Punch list to the final Bechtel   

and  ATT  Mobilty  OOM  true up. Worked  hand  in  hand  with  ATT Mobility’s  site

         Acquisitions team’s as well as Bechtel’s to site walk potential sites with  A&E firms.

         Added  input to  the final  site design  with  A&E Firms  and  Bechtel engineering.

         Worked   with  local  LEC  providers for  the  installation and  turn  up  their  fiber.

         Completed site walks with power providers for routes,  easements  and placement  

        of their conduits for commercial power.

Mastec / NSORO Aug 2011 to June 2012      

         Transport lead PM, OOF/ETTCS Kentucky and Tennessee Market.        

          Responsibility included:        The installation of fiber to all OOF/ETTCS sites for the

         2011/ 2012 POE/POR. Management of contractors and insuring the SOW & OOM’s

         are correct and completed.    Oversee the site walks with our contractors as well as            the LEC providers and do the final review of the transport packages. Coordinate the power, path and   space requirements with Century Link, Time Warner Telecom, Windstrean and numerous small LEC providers. Ensure that the  ECCD & CDDD dates are completed on schedule. Review and validate the site completion photos and turn packages to insure site is ready for MEI integration. POE/ POR for the 2011 and 2012 calendar year were 1738 sites. The POE includes tower, roof tops and NSB sites. Responsible for the daily updating of Sitetrac, Siterra and CASPR. Attend and hold meetings and conference calls and manage the day to day

         interaction  between the NSORO management team and ATT Mobility management                        

       team and the LEC providers.

Market Manager of Back Haul, Light Squared Las Vegas Nv.

Responsibility included:  Market management for back haul and delivery for the Light Squared Project. Responsible for identifying and locating fiber carriers existing resources and utilizing the most cost efficient means for back haul, whether fiber or microwave.  Management of site audit teams as well as performing site audits. Worked with fiber provider’s engineering staff and planners to facilitate the installation of fiber to 218 cell sites. Worked with Light Squared Corporate MSA team on site allocation and pricing. Performed site audit walks with A&E firms for existing and new conduit routing and ROW work and to insure existing or new easement were in place.  Redlined A&E preliminary CD’s and site audit Visio drawings and uploaded into Siterra FTP. Reviewed, approved and updated all back haul related items to include RF data sheets into Siterra FTP.  Member of the Light Squared working group during the Live Sky Testing Phase in Las Vegas. Commissioned and reconfigured NSN RAN equipment and took detailed measurements using spectrum analyzer and power meter equipment.  Was slated to become Light Squared Implementation Manager of the South West Region prior to the project being placed on hold.

Responsibilities included:  Project Manager of tower installation for rural internet provider.  Installation of backhaul and commissioning.  Identified scope of work and pricing.  Directly supervised the tower erection crews and backhaul crews.  Coordinated construction activities with tower owner and carrier.  Managed 3^rd party PIM testing on Verizon Wireless sites.  Management of verification and acceptance testing.

Construction Manager

Management of line and antenna crews on cell sites for Verizon, Cricket, and DAS projects.  Installed BTS, DC rectifiers, battery bays, telco and fiber and DAS systems for Verizon and Cricket. Managed the installation of a microwave core from Verizon’s MSC to St. George Utah, worked with Harris Microwave on installation and implementation. Managed the installation and implementation of multiply Cricket microwave links. Management of crews during the Verizon MSC renovation and expansion including relocation and cut over of their microwave equipment. Management of the LTE project for Verizon including site audit and backhaul design with Century Link and Cox Cable managed the installation of fiber and new DC power equipment and Alcatel 7705 routers.  Managed Verizon new builds and upgrades including PIM testing with Summitek test equipment. Management of the NextWave test market line and antenna crew including the installation of various antenna manufactures product and WIFI and WIMAX,  RAN and BTS.
